There are two options here to donate. You may either donate to Madisyn directly or
you may donate to the research and cure for SMA.

If you choose to donate funds to Madisyn directly, the money will go into a personal checking
account that is managed by the parents of Madisyn. The funds in this account goes to
the daily care of Madisyn, which includes medication, physical needs, everyday needs
which includes but is not limited to clothing, food, equipment and nurse's care. Any donations
to Madisyn directly is not tax deductable, and is dispersed at the descretion of

If you choose to donate to the research and cure for SMA, the link provided will take to
the Fight SMA site, where you can make a tax-deductable donation to the research and
possible cure to SMA.
